Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy covers hyperworkflow.ai. It explains what we collect when you use this website, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. It does not cover data we process inside a client engagement, which is governed by the contract for that engagement.
What you give us
What you type into the form on this site. That is:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your website address
- Which of the four "What do you need most?" boxes you ticked, if any
- Any notes you chose to add (optional)
The form also contains a hidden field that real people never fill in. If it comes back filled, we treat the submission as automated and discard it.
What we measure
Whether or not you send the form, we measure how the site is used, so we can see what works and what does not. For each visit that is:
- The pages you open, the sections you scroll to, how far down you get, and the links and buttons you click
- Where you came from (the site or search that sent you), your device type, browser and screen size, and your IP address, which is used to work out your approximate location (city or region) and is kept with the rest of the analytics data
- A recording of the visit: how the page looked, where the pointer moved, what you clicked and scrolled. Everything you type into a form field is masked, so your name, business name, email address, website address and notes are never recorded. Which boxes you tick is not masked and can show in the recording.
It is tied to a random identifier in your browser, not to your name or email. When you send the form, we also record that a request was made and the business website it was for, linked to the same random identifier. We never send your name, business name, email address, notes or the boxes you ticked to our analytics provider.
What we do not collect
We do not identify visitors or build profiles of individuals, and we do not sell or rent anyone's information. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Storage on your device
Our analytics provider saves a random identifier in a first-party cookie and your browser's local storage, so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. It is used only for the measurement above. If you change the light or dark setting, your choice is saved in local storage under the key hw-theme. If you pause the page's motion, that choice is saved under hw-motion. Those two never leave your device and we cannot read them. If you switch analytics off with the link under Your choices, that choice is saved under the key hw-internal. Clearing your browser data removes all of them.
Why we use it
To reply to you and set up the call you asked for, to look at your business beforehand and work out whether we can help, and to keep a record of the conversation. And, separately, to understand how people use this site so we can improve it. We do not add you to a marketing sequence because you sent the form, and we do not email you about anything other than the enquiry you started.
Who else sees it
Three service providers handle data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the request logs that come with serving any page.
- Resend delivers the two emails a submission triggers: your confirmation, and our internal notification.
- PostHog provides our website analytics and the visit recordings described above. Its requests pass through our own domain on the way, so they look like requests to this site.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we have context if you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will. Analytics data and visit recordings are kept for up to 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@hyperworkflow.ai and we will action it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics does not record your visit.
You can also switch analytics off in any browser by opening hyperworkflow.ai/?hw_internal=1 once. The choice is saved in that browser, and opening ?hw_internal=0 on any page undoes it. Because analytics requests go through our own domain, a content blocker may not stop them, so use Do Not Track or this link rather than relying on one.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
